In early 2023, I created two small businesses:

As the sole owner of these companies, I am tasked to tackled SEO optimization, marketing strategy, social media content creation, and so much more.

Fortunately, I found I could leverage my skills from my career in technical writing to create SOPs for my staff and optimize my customers exeperience end to end. Conversely, having this "side gig" continually teaches me new ways to reach customers and new strategies that I can bring back to my career to enhance the CX there as well.
