I'm the lucky visionary CEO behind two boundary-breaking ventures: THE|BAR, a pole, dance, and movement studio redefining empowerment through embodiment, and Apolethecary, a body care brand born at the intersection of performance, ritual, and recovery.

 

At the helm of both brands, I lead with a uniquely hybrid lens: equal parts creative director, operations strategist, and tech-savvy builder.

As founder of THE|BAR, I have cultivated more than just a studio, I've built a sanctuary. My leadership integrates inclusive movement culture, community accountability, and an uncompromising commitment to accessibility and joy. Through high-impact programming, retail innovation, and brand partnerships, THE|BAR is not only a space to train, it’s a movement with its own gravitational pull.

In tandem, Apolethecary emerged as a solution-first self-care line for dancers, athletes, and anyone whose body is both canvas and tool. I oversee every touchpoint of the brand, from product development to storytelling, leveraging my experience in marketing, AI systems, and human-centered design. The result? A brand that doesn’t just sell skincare - it sells ceremony.
